True Lemon Baked Salmon

True Lemon baked salmon with broccoli and tomatoes

A quick and healthy recipe for a weeknight meal. Serve with a side of lightly steamed vegetables.


1 salmon fillet (2 pounds)
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
4 packets of True Lemon
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Pat salmon dry, and place in a greased 13×9-inch baking dish.
  3. Brush with butter. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over salmon.
  4. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
