Zest up your entertainment night with this True Lemon Feta Dip, created by chef and registered dietitian, Diane Henderiks.
- 1 cup crumbled feta
- 2 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 packets of True Lemon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 extra virgin olive oil
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth or desired consistency.
- Garnish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and an added sprinkle of True Lemon, and serve with your favorite pita and veggies!
