True Lemon Feta Dip


Zest up your entertainment night with this True Lemon Feta Dip, created by chef and registered dietitian, Diane Henderiks.

  • 1 cup crumbled feta
  • 2 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 packets of True Lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 extra virgin olive oil
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth or desired consistency.
  2. Garnish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and an added sprinkle of True Lemon, and serve with your favorite pita and veggies!
