True Lemon Tuna Dip


An easy and delicious dip! Great with buttery, round crackers or on a bed of fresh spinach. Recipe submitted by Susan Shrader.


3 3-oz packages cream cheese (the kind with chives is best)
4 True Lemon packets dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
2  teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (if making gluten-free, use Tamari instead)
1/8 teaspoons garlic salt
1/4 cup finely chopped onion (white or green)
3-4 dashes hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2  7-ounce cans tuna fish, drained
Fresh chopped green onions, parsley, or chives (as optional garnish)

  1. Mix the cream cheese with True Lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients, except for the tuna fish, and mix well.
  2. Add the tuna into the mixture, and stir well to combine.
  3. Serve with crackers, chips, vegetables, or on a bed of fresh spinach!

For another variation, roll the tuna dip into balls and cover chopped walnuts and chopped parsley.
