1 cup cold milk
1 small package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
3-4 packets of True Lemon
1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
Assorted fresh fruit
Wooden skewers (optional)
- In a small bowl, whisk milk, pudding mix, and True Lemon for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set.
- Whisk in the sour cream, then chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, slice and thread fruit onto the wooden skewers.
- Chill until ready to serve with fresh fruit skewers.
