1 ripe pineapple, cut into 1-inch rings
2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
2 packets of True Lime
1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted if desired
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted if desired
1 box chocolate Sno-Caps, optional
1/4 cup whipped cream
8 fresh cherries, pitted
1 1/2 tablespoons Meyer’s rum, optional (for drizzling)
- Grill 4 pineapple rings over medium heat until lightly browned on each side; about 4 minutes per side. This can also be done in a hot pan on the stovetop.
- Remove from heat, coarsely chop, and cover to keep warm.
- In small dishes, assemble the sundaes beginning with the frozen yogurt and adding all toppings as desired. Enjoy!
